- Average order value (AOV) growth
- Mercandising strategy across homepage & collections
- Drop and launch execution
- Cross-sell, bundling, and upsell strategy
- Weekly performance reporting
- Analyze funnel performance and identify revenue opportunities
- 5+ years in ecommerce leadership within a DTC brand
- Strong Shopify experience
- Proven track record improving CVR and AOV
- Data-driven decision maker
- Experience with GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Apparel or lifestyle brand experience preferred
