We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the development of our analytics data models and ensure the organization has access to clean, consistent, and trusted data. This role focuses on the analytics layer of our data platform—transforming raw data into structured, documented, and analysis-ready datasets that power reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics. As a senior member of the team, you will set best practices for data modeling, testing, and documentation, while mentoring others and shaping the long-term direction of our analytics engineering discipline.

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable data models using SQL and dbt.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured datasets that enable accurate reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Define and enforce standards for data quality, documentation, and version control across the analytics stack.
• Partner with analysts, business teams, and data stakeholders to ensure models are intuitive, consistent, and reusable.
• Lead initiatives to standardize data definitions, metrics, and transformations across the organization.
• Mentor junior analytics engineers and analysts, driving best practices and professional growth.
• Influence the long-term analytics strategy by identifying opportunities for automation, governance, and scalability.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a related data role, with a demonstrated record of senior-level impact.
• Advanced expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query).
