Our client, a leading organization in the technology and IT services sector, is seeking a Halo Administrator to join their team. As a Halo Administrator, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting system integration and asset management initiatives. Pay Range What's the Job?- Design, build, and mature the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within Halo to ensure accurate asset tracking and configuration data.
- Lead system integrations between Halo and other platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and various RMM, security, and business systems.
- Develop and maintain API‑based integrations to streamline asset discovery, reconciliation, and management processes.
- Build automation workflows for onboarding, offboarding, asset provisioning, and service operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to optimize system logic and automation to enhance operational workflows and reduce manual effort.
- 5+ years of experience administering Halo or similar configuration management tools.
- Hands‑on experience designing and building a CMDB from the ground up.
- Strong asset management lifecycle experience and understanding of ITIL concepts, especially configuration and asset management.
- Advanced SQL knowledge with backend Halo experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead system integrations using API‑based and native connectors, with experience automating workflows and business logic.
