- Advance Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices across the organization
- 5+ years serving as an Agile Coach in a technology-driven environment
- 10+ years working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid models)
- Demonstrated success coaching executives and cross-functional teams
- Deep knowledge of SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, and Product Development Flow
- Strong proficiency in Jira Align (portfolio to team-level training)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with cybersecurity teams
- Experience coaching both development and non-development Scrum/Kanban teams
- Experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives
