- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are purposeful, time‑boxed, and drive toward clear outcomes
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum values, and the continuous improvement mindset
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics to drive retrospective discussions and improvement initiatives
- Promote Agile adoption and best practices beyond the immediate team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), Advanced CSM (A‑CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks and their practical application in product delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Experience designing or improving Agile processes for teams working on Utilities software
- General understanding of software development and Dev Ops practices, Cloud, and emerging AI technologies
- Kanban certification or demonstrated experience with Kanban and hybrid approaches (Scrumban)
- Job history and experience in product‑based organizations
