You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. You will design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, using Microsoft Fabric as the central data platform. The role also involves operational and analytical reporting from Service Now, working closely with IT and business teams. A great opportunity to combine data analytics, business understanding, and stakeholder collaboration in a corporate environment.

You will work closely with the Corporate IT & Data team, made up of data, analytics, and technology professionals, under the leadership of the Data team manager. No egos, just smart people working together to solve complex problems. Our mission: turn data into reliable, actionable insights that support decision-making and drive organizational performance.

• Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards for corporate teams.
• Leverage and model data using Microsoft Fabric to support analytics and decision-making.
• Deliver reporting and analysis from Service Now (ITSM, performance, operations).
• Partner with business teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, documentation, and a strong user experience across reporting assets.

• Strong Power BI expertise: interactive reporting, data modeling, intermediate DAX measures, and solid data visualization and storytelling practices.
• Microsoft data platform: experience with Microsoft Fabric (or equivalent), understanding of data pipelines, and strong SQL skills.
• Service Now reporting: ability to extract, analyze, and report on ITSM data, with a good understanding of IT processes.
• Data quality and governance: focus on data reliability, consistency, access management, and anomaly analysis.
• Intermediate profile and soft skills: 3–6 years of BI/analytics experience, strong analytical thinking, clear communication, collaboration, autonomy, and continuous learning mindset.
• Asset: to be bilingual (fr/en) and the option to work from the office as needed.
