• Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project teams and stakeholders
• Perform business process requirements analysis and document findings based on customer needs
• Configure software solutions using approved workflows and business rules
• Customize and deliver training materials in both remote and classroom settings
• Identify and mitigate potential issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in the CIS and/or utility industry
• Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Familiarity with S&S en Questa, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries
• Experience in analyzing error logs and debugging processes
