- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are purposeful, time-boxed, and drive toward clear outcomes
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum values, and continuous improvement
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress
- Maintain and administer the Scrum board, ensuring all data is accurate and current
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics to drive retrospective discussions and improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks and their practical application in product delivery
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Experience designing or improving Agile processes for teams working on Utilities software, such as CIS, ERP, or related platforms
- General understanding of software development and Dev Ops practices, Cloud, and emerging AI technologies
- Kanban certification or demonstrated experience with Kanban and hybrid approaches (Scrumban)
- Job history and experience in product-based organizations
