Overview

The ideal candidate is a high-energy and passionate professional with strong expertise in Azure cloud architecture and solution design. They will lead the definition, integration, and delivery of cloud-based solutions, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide development teams throughout projects.

Responsibilities
  • Listen to internal/external customers, formulate and clarify their needs.
  • Propose different solutions and write recommendations, reports and other technical documents related to the field.
  • Help customers consider new cloud solutions, and make value-added proposals.
  • Design the target functional, software and technical architecture of solutions.
  • Identify the software components to be used for the solutions.
  • Contribute to the drafting of tender documents and product selection.
  • Ensure the integration, transition, and alignment of various platforms in the overall plan.
  • Monitor and support the development of business solutions.
  • Support development teams in project implementation.
  • Coordinate opportunity studies, including technical and financial analyses, for technology choices and recommend the best modes of ownership, acquisition or use in services operated internally or externally.
  • Identify risks and ensure the viability, functionality, and integrity of the solution architecture during migration, delivery, operation and maintenance phases.
  • Diagnose issues and implement permanent corrective measures with a view to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum seven to ten years of applied experience in solutions architecture.
  • Experience on medium- to large-scale projects implementing a business solution integrated with existing tools.
  • Experience in agile projects.
  • Strong experience in cloud platform implementation.
Skills
  • Ability to write documentation and present application directions.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills and ability to gather requirements.
  • Understanding and application of risk management principles to mitigate identified risks.
  • Strong analytical, modeling and technical skills.
  • Ability to evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO) of an architecture solution.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of API design and management + RESTful design.
  • Deep knowledge of databases.
  • Knowledge of security services and infrastructure components (storage, virtualization, databases, application servers, disaster recovery).
  • Deep knowledge of programming languages and frameworks: .NET Core, React.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Dev Ops, CI, automated unit testing, Agile methodology.
  • Independent thinking and awareness to integrate disparate concepts into original solutions.
