Tableau Frontend BI Professional

Overview

We are looking for a Tableau Frontend BI Professional to join our multinational BI team and take ownership of business-facing analytics solutions. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of hands-on Tableau experience who enjoys turning complex data into clear, impactful stories and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams
.

You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, and BI Fullstack Developers to shape high-quality, scalable BI products.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions — from requirement clarification and design to delivery, iteration, and optimization.
• Translate ambiguous or high-level business questions into clear, actionable, and user-friendly visualizations

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and BI Fullstack Developers to ensure data quality, transformations, and pipelines (Databricks-based).
• Provide inputs on data structures, metric definitions, performance considerations, and visualization best practices early in the development or change request process.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for usability, scalability, performance, and maintainability in a production environment.
• Contribute to BI standards, design guidelines, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives for our internal Tableau Community.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience using Tableau Creator in a production environment (LOD, Parameters, Set, Filter, Tooltip, etc).
• Solid and practical SQL skills
  , including complex joins, aggregations, and working with cloud-based datasets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Practical understanding of Databricks or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with how data pipelines, transformations, and analytical data models are built and maintained.
• Exposure to Python for analytics or automation (pyspark, dbt, dagster, etc).
