Job Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve a 3–5 year product vision for Identity Manager across on-prem and SaaS
• Own and maintain a 6–12 month roadmap for assigned Identity Manager domains
• Act as a product authority for Identity Manager and Identity Manager on Demand (IMOD)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Sales, and Support
• Engage directly with customers to validate requirements and support key conversations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role in Identity & Access Management
• Strong experience with enterprise identity platforms, including identity lifecycle management and governance
• Proven ability to drive multi-year roadmaps and operate in global, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS platform transformation or hybrid product strategies
• IAM, cloud, or security certifications
• Experience working with multinational enterprise customers
