Policy Configuration Analyst

• Develop and process Rule Maintenance Requests (RMRs) ensuring timely completion by the Configuration Cut Off date
• Translate client terminology into configuration language and vice versa
• Monitor PR queues and ensure all requests are processed for the appropriate Release Month
• Run QA for each rule associated with RMRs processed and assist in troubleshooting erroneous results
• Maintain accuracy targets for rule configuration, RMR resolution, and rule reference

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1 year of experience with the employer or in a related industry
• Preferred CPC, CCS, or RHIA certification
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively in a team

• Experience in healthcare analytics or related fields
• Familiarity with CDM functionality
• Proven track record of meeting production and quality targets
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various functional areas
