We’re building the next generation of ecommerce, creating entirely new ways for shoppers to discover products. As an entrepreneurial Data Scientist on our Agent Products team, you’ll help shape AI-powered shopping agents — from intelligent search to personalized product assistance. • Drive product strategy by uncovering actionable insights from user behavior and validating changes through A/B testing
• Define, monitor, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards for all levels of the company
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, product management, design, and user research
• Build and maintain clean, reliable data tables to improve analytical efficiency and democratize data access for the entire team

• You have 3+ years of experience in data science or a similar analytical role, with a Around proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments
• A proactive and autonomous self-starter

• Previous experience as a data scientist in a startup or e-commerce

• Expert-level SQL proficiency for complex data exploration and transformation
• Hands‑on experience with Python and Py Spark for data analysis
• Experience with our data stack, including Databricks

• Basic understanding of data pipeline development and ETL processes
• Knowledge of OLAP technologies
