Data Analyst, Data Science Manager, Data Mining
We generate high-intent consumer leads at scale across insurance, financial services and home services in the UK and North America, working with some of the largest buyers in each market.
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst to own the performance intelligence layer of our lead generation operation. This is not a reporting role. You will sit at the centre of campaign data, client conversion data and commercial outcomes — connecting the dots to maximise quality, scale and margin.
Fully remote. Open to candidates across Europe. Strong English required.
The roleUnderstand what is happening across campaigns, explain why, recommend what changes, and measure the impact. In practice, this means operating across three levels — tactical analysis, commercial modelling and automation — often on the same day.
What you'll doYou will work closely with media buyers and leadership. Your analysis will directly influence budget allocation, client routing, pricing decisions and scaling strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance across quality, volume, CPL and CPA
- Identify anomalies, shifts in conversion behaviour and margin risk
- Connect client-side conversion data back to targeting, creative and funnel structure
- Recommend allocation and routing decisions to maximise revenue per lead
- Build and refine lead quality and scoring models
- Model commercial trade-offs before decisions are made
- Automate reporting and reduce manual analysis using Python (pandas, Num Py)
- Present insights internally and, occasionally, directly to clients
You think in systems. You are comfortable with imperfect data. You enjoy solving messy performance problems.
- 3+ years in performance marketing analytics, commercial analysis or data analysis
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics — CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates
- Python (pandas, Num Py) — used regularly, not occasionally
- Experience working alongside paid media teams
- Commercial reasoning: you understand unit economics, margin and trade-offs
- Excellent written and spoken English

If data is how you think, not just what you do — we'd like to hear from you.
