CIS Advisory Services builds relationships with CTOs and CxOs, allowing them to take a step back to identify complex challenges, bring critical insights to help solve complex industry issues, and maintain operational control while scaling cloud, cyber, and Gen‑AI strategies & technologies in their environment.
We are hiring an Employee Experience Advisory Consultant who is a recognised expert in your technical field of Modern Workplace. You are a ‘T‑shaped’ specialist, with generalist knowledge in many areas to complement your specialism.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home. You will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Prior to the offer, you will undergo pre‑employment checks including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past three continuous years, and an unspent criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your roleTo apply your technical knowledge and understanding to generate creative and innovative solutions for our clients.
- Develop deep relationships with CxOs and advise on large‑scale transformation deals and complex programmes to drive the growth agenda across Modern Workplace.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients to maximise the benefits for all parties.
- Utilise critical thinking to generate innovative perspectives, applying knowledge of a range of technologies to identify improvement areas for our clients and opportunities for our business.
- Think creatively to transform client challenges into competitive technical propositions, that make Capgemini their preferred partner.
- Represent the CIS Advisory team internally and externally at a board level.
- Demonstrated mastery of Modern Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365, collaboration ecosystems, endpoint management, virtual desktop solutions and device lifecycle strategies.
- Ability to assess digital workplace maturity, define operating models and develop strategic transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
- Skilled in modernising legacy estate components and addressing infrastructure blockers that limit productivity and adoption.
- Expertise in user‑centric design principles, colleague experience measurement, and leveraging insights to shape workplace solutions.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks to increase adoption, reduce change fatigue and ensure sustained behavioural shift.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user‑centric cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on thought leadership and solution development.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement—for yourself, your team, and your clients.
