Itential's software portfolio focuses exclusively on multi-domain network automation and orchestration! We are looking for a Network Automation Engineer Level 1 to join our Professional Services team. In this customer facing role, you'll follow guidance from a Network Automation Architect as you build solutions using Itential software and other industry standard automation techniques such as Ansible Playbooks and Python scripting.

You'll leverage and grow your technical expertise to create and deploy Itential Platform solutions that meet clients' needs across network use cases such as switching and routing, firewalls, software upgrades, load balancers, and cloud networks. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

• Lead customer projects during their implementation of Itential software as they build automation and orchestration across their multi-domain networks
• Engage with customers to build and implement use cases that focus on customer priorities
• Develop automation and orchestration assets for customers using Itential software and other tools such as Python, Ansible, Jinja2 templating, and Terraform
• Integrate into systems such as Infoblox, Service Now, AWS, Net Box, F5, Cisco, Velo Cloud, VMware, and Arista
• Continuous growth as Network Automation and Orchestration experts in Itential software and the larger network automation landscape
• Deliver Professional Services projects in a way that enables our customers growth and success in our tools to ensure a strong ROI
• Collaborate with internal Itential resources helping across other projects, customers issues, product feedback, customer journey processes

• Travel Requirements: 50% minimum — travel across the EMEA region will be required, with onsite expectations varying quarter by quarter. This is a customer‑facing role that requires an investment in personal, in‑person relationship development. International travel, including occasional trips to Itential's US headquarters, should be expected.
