Overview

This time off the back of an internal team change and a major acquisition. One of the key Salesforce BAs is stepping into a new role, and we’re now looking to bring in someone solid to help fill the gap. 😎

I’m on the lookout for strong Salesforce Business Analysts who’ve worked on large‑scale, complex Salesforce environments, ideally within data‑rich or fast‑paced industries. The kind of person who gets stuck into understanding processes, digs into how things actually work on the platform, and knows how scalability, security and data flows operate in practice, not just on a slide deck. ✅

We need BAs who don’t just write requirements, but truly understand how Salesforce is wired underneath. People who think critically about the “why” behind decisions, who take ownership, solve problems properly, and can spot risks or broken processes before they become issues. 😊

Salesforce experience is essential, but flexibility across Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) definitely helps. We’ve also seen real value in BAs who can jump between different business areas and translate complexity into something everyone can work with.

Hybrid setup, flexible on location, but UK time zone is easier. Most of the team is remote, with pockets across Cheltenham, Reading, and elsewhere, so location won’t be a blocker if the fit’s right.

Salaries in the range of £60k - £75k
. Two‑stage interview process and mostly remote!
