Position: Service Desk Manager — Lead, Automate & Improve IT Support
A leading legal data provider based in Leeds seeks a Service Desk Manager to enhance user support functions. The role involves managing a service desk team, defining SLAs, improving processes, and collaborating with IT infrastructure. Candidates should have 5–10 years of IT support experience, a background in 2nd or 3rd line support, and strong leadership skills. This hands-on role requires a practical understanding of ITIL and effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.

The position offers 4 days onsite with 1 work-from-home day.
