Senior Platform Operations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day email, SMS, push, and in-app notification campaign operations ensuring timely and flawless execution
• Develop and launch acquisition and retention campaigns tailored to the People App
• Manage quality assurance workflows including testing and validation of campaigns
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot integration issues with engineering and data teams
• Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and manage domain configurations

• 4–6 years of experience in email, SMS, and/or mobile app messaging operations, marketing technology, or digital platform management
• Knowledge of email service providers (ESPs), notification systems, and customer data platforms
• Proven track record in managing large-scale email programs
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across various teams

• Experience managing vendor relationships effectively
• Familiarity with martech stack including ESP, Big Query, Hightouch, etc.
• Proven ability to drive real-time response and root-cause investigation for platform issues
• Experience in building custom app-based user selections for targeted marketing
• Understanding of advanced capabilities such as segmentation and dynamic content rendering
