Data Scientist

Location: Houston, Texas, USA (Hybrid work model with 2 days in-office and 3 days work-from-home)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our client's team in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to building, training, and deploying large-scale, self-supervised "foundation" models, processing and analyzing time series and sensor data, and integrating multi-modal data for industrial and scientific applications.

• Build, train, and deploy large-scale, self-supervised models for various applications.
• Process and augment time series and sequential sensor data.
• Analyze diverse sensor modalities and handle real-world noise/artifacts.
• Integrate heterogeneous data types into robust deep learning architectures.

• Expertise in self-supervised and semi-supervised learning techniques.
• Proficiency in model architectures such as RNNs, Transformers, and CNNs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/CUDA.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and Tensor Flow.
• MS / Ph.D. in computer science, data science, AI, or related fields.
• 3 years of relevant experience in data science and AI.

• Experience with multi-modal learning and cross-modal representation learning.
• Knowledge of large-scale training techniques and data engineering.
