• Define and develop AI-driven consulting services that complement the employer's core engineering and environmental offerings
• Identify client needs and market opportunities for AI-enhanced consulting and craft compelling proposals
• Develop marketing materials and participate in industry events to position the employer as an innovative partner
• Engage with clients to design high-level AI solutions tailored to their strategic objectives and pain points
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement AI solutions, ensuring client requirements are effectively translated

• Minimum of 10 years of consulting or professional services experience, with a focus on business development and service line leadership
• Proven ability to craft go-to-market strategies and understand consulting economics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging client executives
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with modern AI and data analytics concepts and their business applications

• Graduate degree, such as an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience in the environmental, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Previous success in launching or growing a consulting practice or service line
• Recognized involvement in industry forums or professional networks related to technology and consulting
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change
