- Oversight of survey strategy, creation, deployment, and analysis to uncover actionable insights

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve usability
- US Citizenship is required by the federal government for this position
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Must reside in the United States and perform work exclusively in the U.S.
- 7+ years of experience in UX/CX research, market research, human factors, or related disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Sociology, or Human Factors
- Experience with Figma for collaborating and prototyping
- Familiarity with Qualtrics for survey deployment and analytics
- Proficiency in or similar platforms for usability testing
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
