Job Purpose:
As the Jr. Data Analyst, you’ll support Denova’s day-to-day technology operations by assisting with hardware, software, and system troubleshooting across the organization. You’ll help ensure employees have the tools and support they need to work efficiently while learning best practices in IT support, systems administration, and healthcare technology. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone eager to grow in IT within a healthcare environment.
This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the ITS Manager within the Information Technology Services (ITS) Department.
What You Will Do:- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to and manage IT tickets through the service desk system, escalating issues as needed
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup, system access, and permissions
- Troubleshoot user issues related to email, printers, VPN, EHR systems, and standard business applications
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, phones, and peripherals
- Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
- Document solutions, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to support IT knowledge sharing
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Follow security, HIPAA, and IT policies to protect sensitive information
- Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and organizational goals.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred - 1–2 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support role (internships count)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, hardware troubleshooting, and user support best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently with guidance, and collaborate with a team
- Interest in healthcare IT or regulated environments preferred.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of clearinghouse workflows and claim submission processes.
- Must uphold strict compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Flexibility:
