Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering (required);
Master’s preferred. - Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in global network engineering.
- Proven track record as Global Head / Director in a regulated financial institution or technology enterprise.
- Advanced knowledge of SD‑WAN, SASE, BGP, IPv6, Zero Trust architecture, and multi‑cloud interconnects.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure‑as‑Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git Lab CI).
- Strong regulatory and risk governance background (MAS TRM, NIST CSF, PCI‑DSS).
- Professional certifications: CCIE, CISSP, AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF preferred.
