Job Summary
You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining the Content Management Systems and various communication platforms for our clients to help them achieve their business goals.
You'll sometimes edit and publish website updates and execute marketing communications campaigns yourself, but on more complicated projects, you may also act as a coordinator and project manager, overseeing the work of other developers.
- Update, deploy, and publish website content through client content management systems to ensure timely and accurate digital presence
- Manage and coordinate the production of digital communications deliverables across multiple platforms to engage clients’ customers effectively
- Design and execute email newsletters and electronic direct mailers to support marketing campaigns and client outreach
- Develop and manage SMS and short message communications to enhance customer engagement and information dissemination
- Perform web page updates to maintain current and relevant online content aligned with client objectives
- Implement in-app messaging strategies to improve user interaction and retention within client applications
- Collaborate with the development team to improve and automate CMS functions, templates, and capabilities, increasing operational efficiency
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless performance across devices from high-powered desktops to mobile platforms
- Proficient in both spoken and written English language
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience in troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues to ensure consistent user experience
- Passion to constantly adapt and learn new tools, techniques, and frameworks for personal growth
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
- Self- awareness and a desire to continually improve
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues
- Familiarity with CSS/ Java script
- Good sense of UI/UX design & implementations
