Job Summary

Lead and manage core IT administrative functions to ensure robust cybersecurity, seamless user support, and compliance with global IT standards. Drive local execution of regional IT initiatives, optimize infrastructure performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all backup schedules execute successfully to safeguard critical data
  • Manage and monitor cybersecurity infrastructure to protect organizational assets
  • Administer endpoint devices using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to maintain operational readiness
  • Provide timely and effective IT support to local and overseas users, resolving technical issues to meet service level KPIs
  • Collaborate with Global IT teams to oversee and implement regional IT projects and initiatives locally
  • Align local IT practices with New Product Introduction (NPI) IT standards and IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance requirements
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure continuous connectivity and performance
  • Configure and manage Virtual Private Network (VPN) access for secure remote connectivity
  • Manage access permissions and user accounts on Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Active Directory environments
  • Administer Remote Desktop Services (RDS) for local users to facilitate remote work capabilities
  • Support technology refresh projects including hardware upgrades, operating system patching, and firmware updates
  • Deploy application upgrades and fixes across managed IT infrastructure to maintain system integrity
  • Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with Global IT for procurement of end-user software and hardware needs
  • Maintain accurate asset management records for IT devices and equipment
  • Administer network devices including routers, printers, and switches to ensure reliable network operations
  • Collaborate with HR and Global IT to provision IT resources for new hires, including email accounts, device configuration, and access setup
  • Configure web browsers and tablets for operator use to support work instructions and operational management systems (OMS)
  • Manage offboarding IT processes for terminated employees, including account deactivation, device reset, and access removal
Required competencies and certifications
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong experience with system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting mission-critical IT infrastructure
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively in English and Chinese
