As a SAP Basis Consultant(Full-time/Contractor) at K5 Business, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our clients' SAP technical landscapes. You will ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and security, and you will play a key role in delivering successful SAP S/4

HANA and cloud migration projects.

• Administer SAP systems (ECC, S/4
  
  HANA, BW, PI/PO) and underlying databases (MaxDB, HANA, Etc.)
• Plan and execute system installations, upgrades and kernel patches
• Monitor system performance; tune and optimise as required
• Manage transports, client copies and system refreshes
• Implement high-availability, disaster-recovery and backup strategies
• Troubleshoot technical issues across application and OS layers
• Collaborate with Basis, Security and Infrastructure teams
• Produce technical documentation and handover packs
• Provide on-call and project-support when required

• 5 + years SAP Basis experience in multinational environments
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP S/4
  
  HANA migrations and conversions
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Windows and database platforms (Oracle, HANA, MS SQL)
• Proven track record with SAP Transport Management and Solution Manager
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native deployments
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills

• SAP Basis or System Administration Certifications (preferred)
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team‑player with client‑facing experience

• Ongoing training and SAP certification support
