Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our clients dream team and play a crucial role in building the Infrastructure and Dev Ops department that powers our innovative, industry-leading products.

Requirements
:

• Solid experience (3+ years) participating in and contributing to Dev Ops transformations and infrastructure evolution
• Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including services like Cloud Run, Big Query, Cloud Storage or Networking
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform) for provisioning and managing GCP resources
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools specific to GCP (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with some programming languages (preferably Typescript, JS, Go or Python)
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• A strong preference for working in agile and dynamic environments
• Ability to contribute to teamwork and effective collaboration across teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using GCP’s native tools and other relevant solutions
• Maintain and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Collaborate with mobile, web and backend development teams to implement best practices for deployment, performance optimization, and observability of mobile backends on GCP.
• Ensure that security best practices are followed in the configuration of GCP infrastructure and deployment pipelines for mobile backends.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation on deployment architecture, processes, and troubleshooting guides specific to our mobile backend infrastructure on GCP.
• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to our GCP infrastructure and Dev Ops processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
