We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. Director of IT Product Manager to lead the lifecycle and delivery of technology solutions for streamlined center operations and patient care. This senior leader will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving innovative solutions that improve patient and provider experiences. Here Is What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related Clinical imaging field preferred.
  • 7+ years in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Healthtech with proven success in Technology Product Management,
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, scheduling, and imaging (mammography experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-driven orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive organizational impact.
A Day in the Life of a Sr. Director of Technology Product Manager
  • Provide services and support for the following areas:
    • Driving alignment of technology roadmap and AI with the broad product strategy
    • Act as the voice of internal business stakeholders, ensuring all innovation aligns with patient, physician, and operational needs.
    • Triage, prioritize and communicate requirements across all teams
    • Develop and track comprehensive dashboard reflecting KPIs for all products
    • Assess product fit, risks, and interdependence across the application landscape
    • Represent the end user throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring solutions deliver tangible value and align with healthcare regulations/standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between operations and technical teams, effectively managing expectations and fostering alignment.
    • Foster an agile, high-performance culture driven by data, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Demonstrates proactive ownership, accountability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful project and product outcomes.
    • Conduct regular reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and user needs.
