• Assist external customers via phone, chat, email, and customer portal
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application, configuration, and workflow issues
• Serve as a business partner by consulting on all functional and configuration aspects of the Updox application
• Document and track ticket details through various stages of completion
• Collaborate with multiple teams to analyze and resolve client issues

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role with technical troubleshooting experience
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills
• Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

• Experience with Salesforce and Jira
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical information to a general audience
• Proactive approach to handling challenging situations
• Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies
• Previous experience managing a high volume of clients
