3rd Line Engineer/365 / Azure - Remote Are you a 3rd-line powerhouse who thrives on the variety and pace of the MSP world? We are looking for a high-level Senior Systems Engineer who can jump between diverse client environments, architecting secure cloud solutions and performing deep-dive forensic fixes.

This is a role for the technical elite. You won't just be 'managing' systems; you'll be the person who breaks down exactly why a VM corrupted or where a network drop is occurring using Wireshark.

• M365 & Azure Architecture:
  Go beyond basic admin. You'll analyze logs, run critical security audits, and build/deploy Intune and Autopilot policies from scratch.
• SharePoint & One Drive Lead:
  Resolve high-level sync issues and manage complex deployments and site creations.
• Forensic Networking:
  You'll use Wireshark to diagnose packet loss and spikes, while managing Sonic Wall (Net Extender), Uni Fi, and Draytek environments.
• Server Remediation:
  Lead the charge on Hyper‑V troubleshooting. We need someone who can perform post‑Pen Test remediation and solve 'unsolvable' VM corruptions.
• Security & Training:
  Manage the security posture across client sites and lead KnowBe4 training initiatives to upskill our internal team and clients.

• MSP Pedigree:
  Proven experience working within an MSP environment. You know how to juggle multiple tenants and document your work meticulously.
• Cloud Expert:
  Mastery of the M365 stack, specifically Intune, Autopilot, and Azure security logs.
• Networking Pro:
  High‑level experience with Sonic Wall and Draytek. If you aren't comfortable managing complex rule sets or analyzing data spikes, this isn't the role for you.
• Virtualization Specialist:
  Expert‑level Hyper‑V knowledge – stabilizing and recovering corrupt environments is second nature to you.
