About this jobDuties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
Lead and manage the CD Rad team, including staff recruitment, training, development, and appraisals.
Serve as the expert resource for all aspects of RIS/PACS and associated clinical systems, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.
Monitor and maintain system performance, addressing issues and resolving problems promptly to minimise disruption to clinical services.
To offer advice on the procurement of new radiology equipment and services related to PACS integration to ensure Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) compliance of the equipment.
