• Assist in deciding technical direction across the organisation.
• Contribute to the architecture and product roadmap.
• Collaborate with other team members and knowledge share.
• Discuss architectural concerns affecting various areas of the company.
• Participate in coding activities that are in support of design outcomes.

• To be able to translate corporate strategy into technical strategy.
• Experience with Java - (1 - 5 years)
• Ability to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in an enterprise system.
• Excellent communication skills and desire to learn new skills.
• Be aware of the applicability of new technologies.
