IT Consultant, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Specialist to join our independent team and support global payroll and workforce management solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work in an international environment with a strong focus on UKG technologies across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support enhancements and projects related to UKG Payroll, UKG One View and UKG WFM Pro throughout the full Project Management lifecycle
- Manage ongoing support and system implementation across 38 countries
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across EMEA to ensure alignment with global payroll strategies and local payroll practices
- Support integrations using UKG integration tools and third-party solutions
- Track work intake, testing, and documentation (preferred: Azure Dev Ops)
- 3+ years of experience with:
- UKG One View Global Payroll and UKG WFM Pro
- UKG integration tools
- UKG Analytics
- Implementing UKG One View Global Payroll and Pro solutions
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
, including leading enhancements and projects end-to-end - Strong knowledge of global payroll strategies and payroll practices
, particularly across EMEA countries - Proven ability to manage payroll support and enhancements across multiple countries
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops for work intake tracking and test script recording is preferred
- Boomi integration certification is a nice to have
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Opportunity to work partially from home office (up to 3 days per week after training)
