Yoodli is the AI roleplay simulator redefining how individuals and teams master communication. Think of it as the batting cage before the big game - but for communication. We’re building a new category called Experiential Learning: an AI-powered category that helps people learn through conversational roleplays. What you’ll do (Responsibilities)- As our Solutions Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering — helping customers get the most out of Yoodli. You thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guiding architecture reviews and crafting tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value.
- Support customers through onboarding and integrations, and tackle RFPs, security reviews, or the support tickets needed to keep things moving.
- Act as a trusted advocate for our users, translating real-world needs into product insights and building scalable processes that elevate the entire customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch
- Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication
