Join a global company as a Frontend-focused Webmaster/Web Developer. This remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere in LATAM, though occasional travel for key meetings or team events may be required.
Role OverviewWe seek a Frontend-focused Webmaster/Web Developer responsible for implementing, maintaining, and evolving marketing websites, standalone pages, and email systems across various brands and languages. Key focus areas include frontend implementation quality, responsiveness, visual consistency, and user experience across all digital assets.
This role involves working with PHP-based CMS platforms, MJML email systems, and managing controlled deployments. Candidates should be comfortable handling legacy code, possess a strong grasp of PHP fundamentals for templating and content rendering, and be proficient in Unix-based environments.

Experience with Kirby CMS or other flat-file PHP CMS is highly valued.
The successful candidate must be able to translate high-level instructions into clear, executable tasks, manage deployments responsibly, and ensure high quality across desktop and mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities Web & Page Development- Implement new pages and update existing pages across multiple websites, campaign microsites, and standalone pages.
- Ensure pixel-accurate implementation of designs and visual consistency across all browsers and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Implement mobile-first adaptations and responsive behavior.
- Perform visual Quality Assurance (QA).
- Integrate interactive elements and animations using Alpine.js or Vanilla JavaScript.
- Manage and update site navigation menus.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality UI implementations.
- Design and adapt new email layouts.
- Implement responsive, cross-client compatible emails utilizing MJML.
- Maintain and update the email gallery, main templates (including dark and light mode), and shared components.
- Ensure consistent rendering across all major email clients and devices.
- Upload, organize, and maintain control of digital assets (images, videos, vectors).
- Apply strict naming conventions, optimization standards, and version control.
- Optimize media for performance and visual quality.
- Implement language-specific text and content variations.
- Review, maintain, and manage Word Press plugins (updates, compatibility, stability).
- Work with PHP-based CMS structures, focusing on templating and frontend integration.
- Maintain internal templates and automation scripts.
- Support future CMS evolution, including potential migration to Kirby or similar flat-file platforms.
- Manage deployments across Sandbox and Live environments.
- Maintain clear version history and change logs.
- Adhere to existing deployment scripts, conventions, and best practices.
- Implement feedback and corrections following deployment reviews.
- Utilize lightweight patch workflows for rapid content updates.
- Utilize SSH for environment inspection, debugging, or deployment assistance.
- Understand Unix file hierarchies and perform basic system investigation (logs, services, Apache).
- Work effectively within Git-based workflows.
- Follow AWS S3 naming conventions and asset management best practice s.
- Assist in integrating static pages or external repositories into PHP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Language Fluency: Fluent English (C1 / C2 / Advanced / Proficient) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with HTML, CSS / SCSS, and JavaScript (Vanilla / Alpine.js).
- Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
- Visual Implementation: Proven experience implementing designs with high attention to visual detail and consistency.
- Email Development: Experience building HTML / MJML emails.
