Lead DevOps Engineer

• Provide architectural oversight and guidance for CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub Actions
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
• Oversee and optimize Azure cloud environments across multiple projects and teams
• Lead and manage a team of Dev Ops Engineers, providing strategic direction and performance oversight
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams

• 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD pipeline automation, and Azure Engineering
• 5+ years of experience with Azure networking and authentication processes
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing Dev Ops engineers
• Hands‑on experience supporting C# / .NET applications
• Flexibility to occasionally support EMEA time zones based on project needs

• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross‑functional alignment
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factories, Network Security Perimeters, and Virtual Machines
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and Azure SQL
