Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in payroll processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll workflows, compliance requirements, and ERP systems. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure efficient and compliant payroll operations, from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.
This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and a dynamic team environment.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance departments to gather and document business requirements for payroll processes.
- Analyze current payroll workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Work with technical teams to implement and configure payroll functionalities within ERP systems.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on payroll metrics to monitor efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Lead system testing efforts, ensuring payroll configurations and workflows meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Develop user documentation, process guides, and training materials for payroll-related systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on payroll processes within any ERP system.
- ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with any ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or People Soft.
- Payroll Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll workflows, compliance regulations, and best practices.

Ability to analyze payroll data, interpret trends, and translate business needs into technical requirements. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions within payroll systems.
- Experience with payroll implementations or system upgrades in any ERP environment.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance requirements, including tax and regulatory standards.
- Project management experience, especially in HR or finance-related projects, is a plus.
