We are looking for you to join our team as a Technical Trainer or a Principal Technical Trainer based out of Tampa, FL.

What You’ll get to Do
- Collaborate with Cyber Systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions.
- Enhance system user experience through developer advocacy, utilizing feedback to champion developer needs and improve overall usability of technical products.
- Develop range of instructional materials and products for technology-based courses, including online, immersive and performance support (e.g., computer-based training, videos, instructional guides).
- Demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
- Create and analyze assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities, including knowledge checks.
- 10% travel required
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline plus 3 years of relevant work experience
- Master of Science Degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 2 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a relevant field or STEM discipline with at least 3 years as a technical instructor/teacher may be considered in lieu of degree requirement
- US Citizenship
- Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered. TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment.
- Proven ability to lead training through in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and live webinars, for audiences ranging from engineers and product owners to senior stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts to craft storyboards, scripts, and visual-narrative concepts that translate complex technical material into engaging learning experiences.
- Experience creating operational procedures, quick-reference guides, and other supporting documentation.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline plus 5 years of relevant work experience
- Master of Science Degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 3 years of relevant work experience
