Senior Solutions Architect - D365​/Power Platform

As a Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand their needs, define the scope, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their expectations and business objectives.

You will also provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices to the team and ensure that the solutions are aligned with the architectural standards and principles.

The role requires business and commercial acumen as well as the ability to engage well at all levels of an organisation. The Architect role will work across the Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Modern Workplace stacks as well as those from key third‑party vendors to play a key role in deploying innovative solutions. The Solution Architect will also be responsible for providing presales support by articulating products and solutions and working with the sales teams to demonstrate and design appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Gather and analyse business requirements
• Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform solutions, including data modelling, security, integration, performance, and scalability
• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform solutions using standard and custom features, workflows, business rules, plugins, web resources, logic apps, custom connectors, and Azure functions
• Implement and customise Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies
• Provide technical expertise and support to the development team and resolve complex issues and challenges.
