About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to turn Sci Leads’ product strategy into clear, high-impact execution across our platform and portfolio. You will own the translation of vision into actionable roadmaps, prioritised initiatives, and measurable outcomes that drive customer value and commercial growth. This role operates in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, rapid context switching, high accountability, and the ability to make confident decisions without extensive structure or iteration.
You will identify market opportunities, define compelling value propositions, and ensure our products remain competitive, differentiated, and aligned to customer needs. As a senior leader within the Product function, you will help shape portfolio direction, raise the bar on product practice, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across teams.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Ops and Commercial you will lead cross-functional delivery, support key product managers, and provide strong product leadership across the team to deliver an AI-powered market-leading platform. You will also engage directly with customers and customer-facing teams to gather market insight, validate direction, and ensure we build the right solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Product Management, this role is suited to someone with strong end-to-end product and platform redesign experience, a deep understanding of commercialising AI-powered solutions in Life Sciences and Healthcare, and the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver scalable, usable, and impactful SaaS modules - particularly in data-driven environments.
This role offers significant opportunities for growth as Sci Leads continues to scale its data and product capabilities, powered by AI. You will help shape how analytics modules and market intelligence features are embedded across our solutions, with increasing ownership over end-to-end platform management.
You will have the opportunity to mentor others, influence senior stakeholders, and progress into more senior data science leadership roles as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities and Experience:
- Support the product vision and strategy aligned to business goals and market trends
- Co-create and maintain a prioritised roadmap delivering customer and commercial value that directly contributes to sales pipeline
- Spearheading the end-to-end lifecycle of AI workflows and features
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and outcomes
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer insight to refine product direction
- Track industry trends, emerging technology, and product best practice to drive innovation
- Identify new market opportunities and support new product or portfolio expansion initiatives
Product Development and Delivery
- Lead platform delivery from concept to launch at pace, ensuring quality and timelines
- Proven experience delivering and commercialising AI-powered analytics modules
- Prioritise requirements with Data Ops, Data Science, and Engineering
- Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver releases
- Proactively engage with customers and Sales to build deep use-case understanding and translate insight into clear commercial value propositions
- Support Commercial and Marketing with launch planning and materials
- Communicate product updates, successes, and risks to internal and external stakeholders
