We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join a pensions technology team. In this role, you’ll lead client implementation projects, configure systems, and ensure smooth transitions for complex pension schemes. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet regulatory and operational needs.

• Gather and interpret client requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Manage system configuration activities and ensure quality control.
• Deliver calculation automation and troubleshoot client queries.
• Lead client implementation projects and facilitate training sessions.
• Support project managers and mentor junior analysts.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the team.

• Strong knowledge of pensions administration processes and related software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros, data validation).
• Experience handling sensitive client data and understanding GDPR/DPA compliance.
• Solid project management experience, including risk and issue management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system testing and user acceptance testing.
