• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

• Document and track technical issues using the companys support ticketing system.

• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams as required.

• Educate clients on best practices and product features to optimize their experience.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients.

• Contribute to team knowledge base and assist in process improvement initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English;
  German language skills are a plus.

• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

• Previous experience in a technical support, help desk, or IT support role is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Paid training will be provided to ensure readiness for all technical support responsibilities.

• Full-time position with flexible shifts to accommodate client support across different time zones in Germany.

• Remote work from anywhere within Germany is allowed.
