• Lead a portfolio of initiatives focused on process optimization, quality improvement, and digital transformation around core systems
• Serve as the bridge between business and IT, working across countries (CH/DE/FR/UK)
• Manage the full lifecycle of requirements: business need → analysis → solution design, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
• Take ownership of subprojects and evaluate innovative ideas
• Act as a trusted contact for internal teams, external partners, and vendors
• Conduct system tests and ensure high-quality applications

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
• Strong ability to structure complex projects, develop solutions, and drive results
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Data-driven mindset; able to analyze technical data to support decisions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Business Central) and PowerBI
• Excellent German and very good English, with willingness to travel for on-site visits
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude
