Vous serez responsable de fournir un support utilisateur de qualité et de gérer les demandes d’assistance. Le poste requiert un CFC d’informaticien avec 4 à 7 ans d’expérience dans un environnement structuré, de bonnes connaissances en Windows et une maîtrise d’un outil de ticketing tel que JIRA.
