Une entreprise de technologie à Lausanne recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) de support informatique pour fournir une assistance technique de qualité à ses utilisateurs internes et externes. Les responsabilités incluent le diagnostic et la résolution des incidents informatiques, ainsi que l'installation et la maintenance des équipements. Le candidat idéal doit maîtriser Windows, MacOS et Linux, avoir une formation Bac+2 et d'excellentes compétences en communication en français.
