Are you passionate about cybersecurity, technology, and building meaningful relationships that drive business growth? At Crowd Strike, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team in the United Arab Emirates . In this role you’ll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy—connecting with enterprise and corporate-level prospects across the UAE to identify new opportunities and help expand our customer base.
As the first point of contact for many of our future customers, you will play a critical role in driving the pipeline and setting the tone for long‑term relationships. You’ll engage in high-level conversations with C‑suite executives, run a structured and consultative sales process, and work closely with regional sales, marketing, and channel teams. This is a hybrid‑remote role. The team is located in Dubai and in the office 3 days per week, 2 from home.
What You’ll Do:Actively engage our prospective customers to identify new opportunities for Crowd Strike over the phone
Run a sophisticated Sales process from Prospecting to Closure.
Discover and drive new business opportunities within Corporate or Enterprise accounts
Conduct high level discovery calls with the C‑suite and their VPs
Become a cyber security expert and thought leader
Earn a black belt in competitive selling and objection handling
Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute on a successful go‑to‑market strategy
Provide exceptional and high touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of Crowd Strike products.
Stay well educated and informed as to the Crowd Strike competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the Next Generation Endpoint market space.
A strong desire to create a successful career in technology sales
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly
Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player
Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels
Customer Service background a plus
Fluency in English and French
Cyber Security knowledge
Security and/or SaaS Sales experience a plus
Telephone Sales experience preferred but not essential
