Our ideal CRM Tech has a strong background in Hub Spot. We’re looking for a part‑time Hub Spot expert to join our team and help with our internal Hub Spot accounts as well as configuring and managing some of our clients’ Hub Spot accounts. You must have experience doing some of the more advanced configurations, integrations, workflows and automations within Hub Spot.
We have a remote team. So, you must also possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and self‑discipline. You need to be able to manage your time appropriately in order to hit deadlines. And you must be able to communicate professionally with other team members.
What you’ll do:- Analyzing clients’ Hub Spot accounts and identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Helping to connect Hub Spot to 3 party applications including social media, analytics, online ads and more;
- Helping to improve the performance of marketing campaigns that leverage Hub Spot data;
- Setting up marketing automation workflows;
- Managing lists and the fields and data within those lists;
- Creating forms and integrating Word Press forms with Hub Spot;
- Creating ad‑hoc and automated reports and dashboards for the Client and Yardstick to report on campaign performance;
- Attending meetings to discuss projects and campaigns;
- Other duties as required.
- Applications from residents of Canada will be considered before any international applicants.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Your own phone plus a PC or Mac
- A good enough internet connection to allow video chats with our team and clients
- A high degree of emotional intelligence
- The ability to work from home and manage your own hours to meet deadlines
- Experience with other CRMs such as Sales Force is an assets
