Solutions Architect Remote

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to assist in the operations of our organization. The Solutions Architect's responsibilities include improving the current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs. The Solutions Architect is also responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to perform the organization's business and technology activities.

This role will work closely with our HR and Finance transformation projects.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

● Creating and providing business IT architecture design models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals.

● Work closely with the Infrastructure group to implement the designed solution.

● Share the knowledge about the various systems with the rest of the team to improve their knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.

● Providing proper Devops as a service design/architecture that are based on OLX’s needs.

● Help achieve design data analytics solutions with privacy by design principles.

● Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.

● Document and advocate system & data integration flows for Finance and HR IT solutions.

● Act as a single point of contact for HR / Finance systems architecture.

● A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent job experience with cloud architect certifications in AWS or Azure.

● Minimum of 7+ years of Enterprise level engineering and design

● Experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, integration and security

● Experience in system architecture, specially for finance and HR teams.

● Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.

● Ability to develop clear diagrams of systems, connectivity, data flows, and locations.

● Experience in modeling and graphic representations.

● Experience on interaction with users from various functional areas and translating end-user requirements into detailed specifications.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good leadership and motivational skills.
