Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and provide education to support effective ideation

• Design and facilitate proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures

• Translate proof of concepts into scalable implementations while managing technical and people-related change impacts

• Work with various teams to ensure that captured value aligns with business cases and is reflected in respective systems

• Support business project teams in tactical implementations to maximize value creation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions that align with business objectives

• Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale

• Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field

• Certified change management practitioner
